Detailed Sales Analysis

The Detailed Sales Analysis provides a detailed breakdown of prescription sales figures by listing totals for each Third Party. This report matches the Detailed Transaction Summary for the same report period.

This report only includes prescriptions with a status of either Complete or Amend that have a Fill Date that falls within the report period.

The report is broken down into 4 main sections:

Cash - displays all prescriptions that have a Cash amount that must be paid by the patient.
Third Party - displays each Third Party that had activity during the specified report period. The Third Party will be identified by its 2-letter billing code followed by its name.
Total For Claims - displays a summary of all individual claims submitted to all of the Third Parties and Cash. A single prescription can have multiple claims as each Third Party in a prescription's billing code is considered a separate claim.
Grand Total - displays the total for all prescriptions submitted during the report period. The values in this section can be reconciled against the accounts receivable totals.
